NOBODY’S LADY
The piece “Nobody’s Lady” tells us about these women, our grandmothers, for whom the day of their wedding was only the beginning of the total loss of identity as women, becoming Ladies of X. Paradoxically, during the Covid-19 crisis, many of these women have ended their lives alone, lost, abandoned, like no one’s ladies.

Piece selected for the exhibition “Las resilientes. Memorias imborrables”, organized by Mujeres Mirando Mujeres, in which 20 artists pay tribute to mothers, grandmothers, aunts and, in general, to women fighters who have managed to reinvent themselves generation after generation.
